Help with hearing our website
You can make your computer read aloud the content of pages from our website. The following explains how to do this.
Using screen readers
You can make your computer read websites out loud by using screen reading software, such as JAWS, Thunder or ReadPlease. You can find out more about these screen readers from the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) website.
Except for pop-up Lightboxes on the Bizezia website, by using appropriate software you will be able to hear the words from our web pages.
If you are using a screen reader, we hope you will benefit from our use of meaningful headings, link text and alternative text to navigate our websites. We have also tried to make tables and PDF documents as accessible as possible. If you do come across a PDF document you cannot access, you can use the Adobe online PDF to text conversion tool. If you do not have a PDF reader you can download Adobe PDF Reader for free from the Adobe website. Read Out Loud is a Text-to-Speech (TTS) tool that is built into Adobe Reader 6.0. It reads text contained within a document window. This functionality is different from “screen reader” technology, which not only reads text within a document but also lets visually impaired users navigate their computer and access menu items, dialog boxes, or message boxes.
To use Read Out Loud, you will need:
- Adobe Reader 6.0 or later
- The Text-to-Speech engine installed in the operating system
You can find out more about screen readers from the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) website.

Help with accessing PDF documents
This section explains how you can view the PDF documents on the Bizezia website.
You will need a PDF Reader (see below) to view PDF documents. Please note that all the PDF documents on our website open in a new window.
Adobe Reader
Adobe Reader is a software program that is available to download for free from the Adobe website and allows you to read and print Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
Although we try to make PDF files on the Bizezia website accessible to screen readers, we cannot yet guarantee that all content of every PDF online is accessible. If you come across a PDF document you cannot access, you can use the Adobe's online PDF conversion tool (see below).
Adobe PDF conversion tool
The Adobe PDF conversion tool will provide a conversion to web or text format. Adobe will convert the document immediately if you upload the file via the form provided on their website or you can send it to them as an email attachment.
If you prefer to use your screen reader with a browser you could have the document converted to either web or text format. If you wish to use your screen reader with word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Notepad, you will need a text version of the document.
More information
For further information on Adobe products and accessibility see the Adobe accessibility website.
The Royal National Institute of Blind People website has a useful guide, 'Screen reader access to PDF: a users guide' , about accessing PDF documents if you are a screen reader user.
