Q:What is a Light box/ I-frame/ Window?

A light box/I-frame is a portal which appears as a window on your site (on the page of your choice) where your clients and prospects can access the Bizezia products and if you are an Online Business Library subscriber they can key in a search for a partiular publication.

Q:Can we choose our own colours for the I-frames/Light box?

Yes. The light box/I-frame can be provided in a colour scheme sympathetic to your corporate guidelines. You will be able to choose the colour of your light box/I-frame from a colour palette before you check out.

Q:How do the products appear on our website?

You will be able to get your unique HTML code from My Bizezia after you have completed your order. You can then pass this on to your web developer who can copy and paste it into a page of your choice.

Q:What is HTML code?

HTML is what is used to allow your products to be displayed through your website. It's an initialism of HyperText Markup Language, and is the predominant markup language for Web pages. It provides a means to describe the structure of text-based information in a document - by denoting certain text as links, headings, paragraphs, lists, and so on — and to supplement that text with interactive forms, embedded images, and other objects. HTML is written in the form of tags, surrounded by angle brackets. HTML can also describe, to some degree, the appearance and semantics of a document, and can include embedded scripting language code (such as JavaScript) which can affect the behavior of Web browsers and other HTML processors.

Q:What personalisation do we receive?

This completely depends on which product you wish to subscribe to. With the Online Business Library, Better Business Focus magazine, Calculators & Evaluators and Tax Calendar you will be able to select the colour of your light box/I-frame so that you can closely match it to your corporate colours. Contract Engine, Work Manual and DeskSmart are not delivered through a light box/I-frame.

Q:Do you have a set-up fee for any of your products?

Absolutely not. There is no set-up fee for any of our products.

Q:Can I pay for my products monthly?

Yes, you can either pay monthly or annually. If you do choose to pay annually you will receive a 10% discount.

Q:When does my subscription expire?

For everything except DeskSmart the minimum subscription is 12 months. When your subscription is nearing renewal we'll send you a reminder e-mail so that you can renew your subscription through My Bizezia online. DeskSmart is available on a pay-as-you-go basis so your subscription will just continue. If you wish to cancel your subscription to DeskSmart, all we require is 30 days notice.

Work Manual is available on a Lifetime subscription basis as well as Standard. The Lifetime subscription covers  15 years.

Q:How do I renew my subscription?

You will be able to renew your subscription through My Bizezia, but don't worry we'll send you an e-mail to let you know when it's due.

Q:What is My Bizezia?

My Bizezia is where you go to manage and edit your subscriptions and to access the products you've paid for. If you like, it's a kind of dashboard area.

Q:How will I know when it’s time to renew my subscription?

We will send you an e-mail to let you know that your subscription is due for renewal.

Q:Will my firm need to maintain any of the products?

No, absolutely not. Your firm will not need to maintain any of the products, Bizezia will maintain them automatically for you.

Q:Can I have another free trial of the same product?

You can only have one free trial per product (if a free trial is available for that product).

Q:Can you help with our firm’s website ranking in search engines?

The more content you have on your website the better the ranking in search engines so if you subscribe to or wish to subscribe to Online Business Library, Better Business Focus magazine and/or Calculators & Evaluators then this may well help your search engine ranking.

Q:If I have two websites can I place your products on both sites using only one subscription?

No. You will have to purchase another subscription for every website you wish to place the products on.

Q:We’re not based in the UK but like your products what can we do?

You can 'register your interest' by filling in the Contact Us form and we'll let you know as soon as those products are available for your country. Some products may already be available to you.

Q:How will your products help my firm with Practice Assurance?

Practice Assurance is an ICAEW programme. By implementing Contact Engine for your Engagement terms and using DeskSmart for organising  how you maintain access to important client information, you'll be making major progress with the requirements of your professional body.

Q:Can I tell anybody who wants information to go to my website and download it free of charge?

Yes that's what the products are for. You can encourage whoever you like to visit your website and download anything for free.

Q:How do you update the technical contents of your products?

Your unique HTML code links you to us. We update anything that needs to be updated automatically and you'll always have the latest version of the relevant product. We have experts in their field making sure you always have the latest information so you don't need to worry about a thing.

Q:Can we update our personalised back page?

Yes, although we allow one update free of charge per subscription year. If you need the information on your back page to be up-dated please Contact Us and we'll be in touch.

Online Business Library

Q:How will we know when a publication has been updated in the Online Business Library?

You will be able to see which publications have been updated by reading LearnEZIA. This is available to all registered users. Simply access the 'Free Resources' area at the top of the My Bizezia page. Here you will find LearnEZIA which will also give you the latest technical changes during that month as well as which publications have been updated. In addition, each publication shows the date it was published/updated in the Important Notice section on the penultimate page.

Q:Can I download/print/e-mail unlimited copies of any of the publications available to me in the Online Business Library?

Yes. You can print, download or e-mail as many copies as you wish of the product you have subscribed to – there is no extra charge for this.

Online Business Library has a 30 day free trial period and the library will be made available from your own website. To order the free trial visit the Online Business Library product page for your industry and order the trial through the check-out.

Q:I’m a Sole Practitioner but I don’t have a website; however I’d like my clients to have access to the Online Business Library is there a way I can do this?

Yes as a subscriber you will have access to 'My Bizezia' which will display the lightbox under your account. This means you have full access to the Online Business Library and you will be able to download and e-mail publications to your clients/prospects as and when you want to.

Q:Can I cherry-pick which publications I want to subscribe to?

No, unfortunately you cannot cherry-pick publications to subscribe to. The minimum number of categories you can subscribe to is 5 and then it goes up in bands such as 6-10, 11-15 & 16-20 categories.

Better Business Focus

Q:Can I download/print/e-mail unlimited copies of the client magazine Better Business Focus?

Yes you can print, download or e-mail as many copies as you wish – there is no extra charge for this.

Q:Can I submit an article for consideration to be published in Better Business Focus magazine?

If you want to submit and article for consideration please do so at iman@bizezia.com please insert the words 'article for consideration' in the subject of your e-mail. Please also attach a short bio of approx 50 words and a picture of the author to accompany the article if and when it is published.

Q:We don’t have a website can we still subscribe to Better Business Focus magazine?

Yes,  as a subscriber you will have access to 'My Bizezia' which will display the light box/I-frame under your account. This means you can still have full access to Better Business Focus magazine and you will be able to download and e-mail it to your clients/prospects every month.

Q:Why can’t I register for a free trial of Tax Calendar?

Unfortunately there is no free trial of Tax Calendar available; however you can order Tax Calendar by visiting the Tax Calendar product page for your industry.

Q:Does Bizezia update Tax Calendar every year?

Yes. Bizezia will automatically update Tax Calendar every year as well as when any changes are made throughout the year too.

Contract Engine

Q:I would like to suggest a new engagement/client care letter to be added to Contract Engine Classic can I do this?

Q:How do I login to Contract Engine?

You can login to Contract Engine through My Bizezia. As soon as you get to www.bizezia.com you can just click on 'My Bizezia' on the homepage and you will automatically be logged in to Contract Engine.

Q:How do I add more logins to Contract Engine?

Your administrator will be able to do this for you. Please contact your administrator. Alternatively if you are the administrator let us know you're having trouble creating new logins by e-mailing info@bizezia.com.

Q:What happens if I need more than 10 logins and/or have more than 1 office address to register on Contract Engine Classic?

You will need to upgrade to Contract Engine Pro which allows you unlimited offices and unlimited users or you could order another Contract Engine Classic subscription if you only need one more office and up to 10 further logins.

Q:How will I know when any of the letter templates or terms of business have been updated by Bizezia?

The first screen you come to once you've logged in will be the 'Welcome Screen' this will show you all the engagement/client care letters that have been newly added or updated.

Q:Can I place the Terms & Conditions of Business available through Contract Engine on my website or elsewhere on the Internet?

No, that would be a breach of copyright. It is OK for you to “publish” the document with clients but not generally to the business world.

Q:Can we edit the Terms & Conditions available through Contract Engine and upload it to our personal library to re-use with any client?

Yes you can.

Q:Can we edit any of the letter templates available through Contract Engine and upload it to our personal library to re-use with any client?

Yes you can.

Q:Is there a free trial available for Contract Engine?

Contract Engine does have a one hour free trial. To order the free trial visit the Contract Engine product page for your industry and order the trial through the check-out.

Q:I’m only a Sole Practitioner so the number of template letters I need is less than for a larger firm, can Bizezia help?

Yes, you can subscribe to Contract Engine Express which has a suite of 26 engagement letters for Accountants or 56 for Lawyers plus market leading Terms & Conditions of Business.

Q:If an existing client wants me to do some extra work how does Contract Engine help me?

Once you've entered a client's contact details the Contract Engine system remembers them for future work and also remembers which schedules are in use for each client.

Q:Can I download all of Bizezia’s template letters and terms and conditions and use them in my own mail merge system?

No, unfortunately you can't as all engagement/client care letters are subject to Bizezia copyright.

Q:Why is there a copyright notice on the bottom of every template letter and the Terms & Conditions of Business?

We have had to do this to protect the schedules and the Terms & Conditions of Business from breach of copyright.

Q:If we do some specialised work and you don’t have a template letter on the Contract Engine system for it can Bizezia help in adding a new schedule to Contract Engine for me?

Q:We need to make some changes to the Terms & Conditions of Business schedule and don’t want to do it every time we go into Contract Engine, what can I do?

You can edit the Terms & Conditions of Business and then upload it to your personal library ready for use with any client.

Work Manual

Q:How do I login to Work Manual?

You can login to Work Manual through My Bizezia. As soon as you login at www.bizezia.com you can just click on 'My Bizezia' on the homepage and you will automatically be logged into Work Manual.

Q:How do I add more logins to Work Manual?

Your administrator will be able to do this for you, please contact your administrator. Alternatively if you are the administrator let us know you're having trouble creating new logins by e-mailing info@bizezia.com.

Q:How do I login to DeskSmart?

You can login to DeskSmart through My Bizezia. You will just need to click on 'Access' to open up the username/password page of your intranet. You can also enter your URL into any web-browser and then enter your username/password.

Q:How long does the DeskSmart free trial last?

DeskSmart has a 30 day free trial period, in which you can personalise your intranet and upload documents. You can also have as many members of staff/clients using it as you wish during the trial period.

Q:Is the DeskSmart free trial limited in any way?

During the DeskSmart free trial you can add as many members or documents to your intranet site as you want. You won't be able to add SSL encryption, Additional Storage or Full-Text search extras during your free trial.

Q:How do I add more members to DeskSmart?

You will need to be an administrator to add members. You'll need to click on the 'Administration' button in the left hand menu bar and then select ' Add members'.
