Re-issue of Certified Documents

[2 February 2012, Companies House] Companies House receives enquiries from customers who have not received the original documents, and in these cases a replacement may be issued. Following an assessment of their Standard Certified Document process, Companies House has reviewed its policy regarding requests for re-issue of these documents.
