shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions
of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and

BIZEZIA LIMITED may transfer any of its rights and responsibilities
without your permission.
Any undertaking by you to do or not to do any act or thing shall be
deemed to include an undertaking to procure or not to permit or suffer

Words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

not affect the construction of the Terms of Use.

herein shall limit your rights as a consumer under English law.
